EVERY TIME WHILE EXISTING THE CAR, GETTING TOO MUCH STATIC. IT DOESN'T MATTER WITH WEATHER CONDITION. IF IT IS A SMALL DRIVE OR LONG DRIVE, STATIC BUILDING UP WITH SEATS FABRIC AND GIVES THE STATIC ELECTRICITY WHEN YOU TOUCH THE DOOR OR ANY PART OF THE VEHICLE.
