EVERY TIME WHILE EXISTING THE CAR, GETTING TOO MUCH STATIC. IT DOESN'T MATTER WITH WEATHER CONDITION. IF IT IS A SMALL DRIVE OR LONG DRIVE, STATIC BUILDING UP WITH SEATS FABRIC AND GIVES THE STATIC ELECTRICITY WHEN YOU TOUCH THE DOOR OR ANY PART OF THE VEHICLE. IT CONCERNING EVERY TIME WHILE GOING TO GAS STATION TO FILL THE GAS. *TR
