The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and was diagnosed, and it was determined that the calipers had seized. The contact stated that the brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the brake pads and rotors had been replaced 5-6 times in a year; however, the failure reoccurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 49,000.
