THE HEATING SYSTEM ON THIS VEHICLE HAS FAILED REPEATEDLY ON THIS VEHICLE. USUSALLY THIS IS ONLY A MINOR INCONVENIENCE. THERE HAVE BEEN TWO INSTANCES WHERE IT WAS DANGEROUS. ONCE WAS IN A HEAVY RAIN, WHERE THE DEFROSTER FAILED, THE OTHER WAS JUST RECENTLY IN A RAIN/SNOW MIX. THE INTERIOR OF THE WINDSHIELD COMPLETELY FOGS UP MAKING VISION TO THE ROAD AND ONCOMING TRAFFIC VERY POOR. I HAVE HAD A "CHIP" REPLACED TWICE UNDER WARRANTY AND WILL TRY AGAIN. *AK
