2011 MERCURY MARINER Unknown Or Other Problems

This car has excessive under body rust under all the wheels wells. I was just told that my car would not pass a State Inspection because the on the front drivers side there is a bracket that holds up the engine is almost totally gone. I have read and over that this vehicle has a known rust and corrosion issue and Mercury/Ford has not been made responsible. I bought this car from a Ford Dealer in Aberdeen, MD used in 2018 and made them aware that I noticed rust on the rear wheel panels. They told me there is no recall however now I am not in a position to purchase or fix the entire under carriage of this vehicle. And I do not feel safe that an important bracket supporting the engine is totally rusted out.

FRONT LOWER SUB FRAME RUST THROUGH IN ARIA UNDER A/C , CLOSE TO POINT OF BRAKING . SEAMS TO BE A COMIN PROBLEM AS MY REPAIR SHOP SAID THEY REPLACE THREE OR FOUR A YEAR . SOME HAVE BROKEN WHILE ON ROAD CAUSING STEERING PROBLEMS .THIS APPARENTLY HAPPENS WHEN THE VEHICLES ARE ABOUT TEN YEARS OLD .# FOUND ON INSPECTION .

JUST BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE 1/25/2018. IT HAS A MOLDY SMELL. HOW CAN I TELL IF IT IS A FLOOD VEHICLE? IT ALSO HAS A AIR LEAK IN THE FRONT WINDSHIELD, THAT I CAN HEAR, WHEN DRIVING. THIS VEHICLE, WAS FROM LOUISIANA. I WILL CONTACT THE DEALER, MONDAY MORNING ABOUT THE WINDSHIELD.
