2018 Cx-9 GT that has experienced spider cracking in the upper right corner of the infotainment screen (the cracks are inside the screen). This started after the car sat at the dealers lot in cold temps while waiting for repairs to the engine Feb 2022 (mileage on car at that time as about 36K). Mazda had issues a Service Alert on 2/20/18 in regards to this issue for 2016 - 2018 CX-9's (along with other model of similar years). No mention to me by dealer (who i have taken car to for all service matters from 1st day of purchase). Mazda then issued a Warranty Extension Program letter dated 5/06/20 to Dealers, Service & Parts Manager that they would extend warranty coverage to fix this issue, but only for 2016 & 2017 CX-9 vehicles. Eversince i got the certified used 2014 toyota corolla s plus at a toyota dealer the radio touchscreens bottom right side is not working i need to go to the very corner of the screen and tap the screen multiple times or lucky if nails are longer sometimes it works and most of the times its not working. I callled toyota and said that no update needed but upgrade the radio. Its not just me having the same issues on the bottom tmright touch screen on their toyota behicle
