The contact owns a 2016 Mercedes-Benz Metris. The contact stated that the Collision Prevention Assist Inactive message was displayed, and the vehicle went into LIMP mode. The contact shifted into neutral and restarted the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the Collision Prevention Assist system was reset however, the failure persisted.
