The failure occurred on numerous occasions. Additionally, the contact stated that the screen interactive system failed to properly operate, and without warning the screen illuminated then failed on numerous occasions. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the failure could not be duplicated. The contact stated that she manually disengaged the active brake assist to prevent future accidents. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 6,890
