WHEN TRAVELING UP A SLIGHT INCLINE IN HEAVY TRAFFIC AT SLOW SPEED, THE DRIVER SIDE REAR SLIDING DOOR OPENED FULLY WITH NO OPERATOR INTERACTION WITHOUT ANY WARNING. THERE WAS NO ILLUMINATION OF THE DASH DOOR OPEN WARNING PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT. *KB
