I AM ACTUALLY WRITING TO REPORT A PROBLEM I HAVE WITH OTHER VEHICLES ON THE ROAD - SPECIFICALLY SUVS AND OTHER SMALL TRUCKS, AS WELL AS VEHICLES USING XENON LAMPS IN THEIR HEADLIGHTS. THESE VEHICLES HAVE ON NUMEROUS OCCASSIONS BLINDED ME WHILE DRIVING; THE XENON LAMPS FROM ONCOMING TRAFFIC, AND THE TRUCKS FROM BEHIND. THE XENON LAMPS ARE TOO BRIGHT FOR AN OPPOSSING DRIVER TO SEE PAST AT NIGHT; FREQUENTLY, IT HAS BEEN MY EXPERIENCE THAT THEY ARE AS BRIGHT OR EVEN BRIGHTER THAN HIGH BEAMS OF MOST NORMAL LAMPS. THE TRUCKS ARE A PROBLEM FROM EVEN QUITE A DISTANCE AWAY FOR DRIVERS OF SEDANS AND SMALLER CARS; WHEN MY HUSBAND DRIVES, THE HEADLAMPS OF TRUCKS REFLECT DIRECTLY INTO HIS EYES THROUGH THE REARVIEW MIRROR (HE IS 6 FT TALL, AVERAGE HEIGHT OF A MAN IN THIS COUNTRY), AS WELL AS FROM THE SIDEVIEW MIRROR DEPENDING ON THE POSITION OF...
