AUTOMATIC BRAKING SYSTEM FAILED AFTER I EXPERIENCD A SUDDEN ACCELERATION LEXUS INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AN PRINTED OUT ALL SORTS OF DATA WHICH THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO EXPLAIN TO ME IN45 DAYS NOT PRIOR WARNIG SIGNS
The latch to the fuel door does not unlatch/open. I could not access the fuel cap to refuel despite multiple attempts at unlatching. When i called Lexus support they advised me to pry the door open “using my fingernails” while someone else pressed the button to unlatch the fuel door. After multiple attempts I was able to open the fuel door. I was at risk of running out of fuel and be stranded on the highway. the dealer is in the process of ordering a replacement part. This is a brand new 2024 make/model and it is a serious fault that needs to be remedied
