TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 LEXUS IS 250. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DASHBOARD WAS STICKY WHICH CREATED A GLARE ON THE WINDSHIELD WHILE DRIVING. THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED FOR HER SAFETY DUE TO THE GLARE IMPAIRING HER VISION OF THE ROADWAY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 183,000.
