THE DRIVER SEAT WINDOW GLASS JUST WENT DOWN WHEN MY WIFE WAS DRIVING ON A FREEWAY IN FREEZING WINTER WEATHER, THE WINDOW GLASS WOULD NOT GO UP AND SHE COULD PULL IT UP ALSO BECAUSE THE WINDOW GLASS WENT INSIDE THE DOOR COMPLETELY. SHE WAS IN A REMOTE AREA AND HAD TO DRIVE MANY MILES WITH OPEN FRONT WINDOW WITH BELOW FREEZING TEMPERATURE TO FIND A NEAREST LEXUS DEALER SHE ALSO HAD TWO KIDS IN THE CAR TO MAKE SITUATION STILL WORSE. THE LEXUS DEALER SAID THE WINDOW REGULATOR AND WINDOW GLASS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE THE PLASTIC CLIP HOLDING THE WINDOW GLASS TO THE REGULATOR HAD BROKEN. DEALER SAID HE HAS TO ORDER THE PARTS FOR IT AND GAVE A QUOTE OF $800. WORST PART IS THE DEALER PULLED THE WINDOW GLASS UP AND PUT SOME TAPE TO HOLD IT TEMPORARILY AND CHARGED $100 DOLLARS FOR IT.
