All Engine And Engine Cooling Complaints
I STOPPED AT A RED LIGHT, WHEN LIGHT TURNED GREEN, I PRESSED THE ACCELERATOR, HOWEVER THE CAR WOULD ONLY ROLL NOT ACCELERATE, ENGINE HAD NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER, IN SOME CASES THE REV ACTUALLY DROPPED INSTEAD OF GOING UP, WHICH WAS BIZZARE. AFTER PRESSING THE ACCELERATOR FOR ABOUT 5 SECONDS THE CAR WILL SUDDENLY ACCELERATE TO 3000 RPM AND OVER AND TAKE OFF, THEN WHEN I STOP AGAIN, SAME THING HAPPENS. IT KEPT ON RECURRING EVERYTIME I STOP. UPHILL WAS EVEN MORE DIFFICULT TO GET THE CAR GOING. HOWEVER, I DID GET IT FIXED BY UPDATING THE ENGINE SOFTWARE AT THE DEALER. THERE SHOULD BE AN ANNOUNCED RECALL FOR THIS PROBLEM, IT IS SCARY.
