2017 KIA SEDONA OEM TIRES KUMHO CRUGEN 235/65R17 104H X 4 ALL FACTORY INSTALLED TIRES REPLACED DUE TO VIBRATION/ SAFETY CONCERNS DUE TO BELT SEPARATION IN 2019 WITH 2 WITH LESS THAN 20K REMAINING 2 WITH LESS THAN 30K. REPLACED X 4 WITH IDENTICAL SIZE MAKE AND MODEL. 1/21/2020 EXPERIENCED NON REPAIRABLE TIRE FAILURE DUE TO BELT SEPARATION/ RUPTURE ON TREAD SURFACE. APPROX 40K MILES ON AFFECTED TIRE WITH USABLE TREAD LEFT. TRYING TO FILL OUT THIS FORM TO ENCOMPASS A HISTORY OF 5 TIRE FAILURES FOR BELT SEPARATION OVER AN 18 MONTH PERIOD FOR A LINE OF TIRES PRODUCED OVER THREE YEARS IS CONFUSING, THANKS
