THE DOOR WOULD EITHER MAKE A POPPING NOISE AND DOES NOT OPEN OR IT OPENS THE RETRACTS BACK TO CLOSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE SLIDING DOOR BEGAN TO EXHIBIT THE SAME ISSUE AT TIMES.
