2020 KEYSTONE SPRINTER Fuelpropulsion System Problems

I had a recall on my 2020 Keystone Sprinter Winn-Tec Model 6020 dual stage propane regulator. In a letter dated March 24, 2023 for a recall of a Winn-Tec Model 6020 dual stage propane regulator needing to be replaced (Safety Recall: 21V-427, Safety Advisory 21-413) I contacted Lees Country RV dealer that does work on Keystone campers regarding this recall notice. I was then charged an $80 labor fee for replacing this recall part. In the recall notice it specifically states "The service and parts required for this corrective action will be provided at no charge to you" After email and phone conversations with Keystone RV Customer Service I was informed that this is not the case.
