Defect: THE ENGINE FAN MAY EXPERIENCE A RESONANT FREQUENCY CAUSING PREMATURE FAN FAILURE, AND SEPARATION FROM THE ENGINE.
Consequence: ENGINE FAN SEPARATION CAN CAUSE DEATH OR INJURY TO ANYPERSON IN THE PATH OF THE FAN.
Remedy: REPLACE ENGINE FAN WITH FAN FROM ANOTHER MANUFACTURER.
