CAR WAS PARKED IN GARAGE WHEN WINDOW GLASS EXPLODED. GLASS WAS INBEDDED INTO CONCRETE WALL. NOTHING STRUCK OR DAMAGED THE WINDOW. I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF LOWERING IT, (IT IS ON HYDRAULIC SUSPENSION SO CAN NOT BE SLAMMED.*AK

THROUGH RESEARCH IT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT A BAD PAINT JOB CAN CAUSE THE WINDSHIELD TO FALL OUT OF ITS FRAME. CHRYSLER RECENTLY PAINTED MY CAR UNDER WARRANTY BUT DID A HORRIBLE JOB. THE FOLLOWING WEBSITE SUGGESTED REPORTING THIS PROBLEM TO THIS ORGANIZATION: HTTPS://WWW.NHTSA.DOT.GOV/IVOQ/OSCRIPTS/IVOQ/VOQ/VOQ6.CFM I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ADD THAT CHRYSLER LEFT BOTH THE WINDSHIELD AND DRIVERS SIDE MIRROR ON MY CAR DAMAGED.
