THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE DIAGNOSIS WAS THAT THE WINDOW MOTOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THREE WINDOWS ON THIS ONE VEHICLE AND THOUSANDS OF OTHER COMPLAINTS ONLINE AND THERE IS NO RECALL? WHEN YOU ARE DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY AT 70 MPH, WHILE IT IS RAINING, AND THE WINDOW REGULATOR CLIP BREAKS AND THE WINDOW DROPS DOWN WITH NO NOTICE? THIS IS A SAFETY DEFECT THAT SHOULD BE REPAIRED BY THE MANUFACTURER. *TR

I WAS BACKING OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY , IT WAS DARK OUTSIDE AND I COULD NOT SEE THROUGH THE REAR GLASS OF THE VEHICLE DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE TINT IS TOO DARK ON THESE AND MOST SUV'S . I FEEL THAT THEY NEED TO MAKE THE REVERSE LIGHTS MUCH BRIGHTER IF THEY ARE GOING TO TINT THE WINDOWS THAT DARK. *TR

THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED BUT OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 179,000.
