1. CAME OUT OF GEAR WHEN IN PARK AND CRASHED SUSTAINING 5000.00 DOLLARS IN DAMAGE. HAD RECEIVED A LETTER FROM DAIMLER-CHRYSLER IN 2002,HOWEVER IT WAS NOT DATED STATING THE CAR COULD DO THIS. NO RECALLS WERE PRESENT AT THE TIME. THEY DENIED ANY PROBLEM WHEN CAR CRASHED. CALLED AN ATTORNEY WHO WAS A RELATIVE THAT TOLD WITHOUT A DOUBT (100%) THE CAR WOULD DO THIS. HE THEN CALLED ME BACK AND STATED HE COULD NOT REPRESENT ME BECAUSE HE REPRESENTED DAIMLER-CHRYSLER. HE WAS HIRED BY CHRYSLER AFTER HE BOUGHT A VIPER FROM THEM THAT WAS A LEMON AND HE SHOVED IT YOU KNOW WHERE AND WON. THEY REALIZED WHAT AN OUTSTANDING ATTORNEY HE WAS THEN HIRED HIM. TALK ABOUT FAMILY ETHICS. THEY FINALLY INSTALLED THE SECONDARY DETENT SYSTEM IN 12/2008. I WAS TOLD IT WAS REPAIRED. 2 THE CAR IS STALLING AT HIGH SPEEDS,DURING U TURNS, WHILE AT STOP SIGNS....

WATER PUMP, RADIATOR AND HEATER HOSES WERE LEAKING, DEALER MADE REPAIRS, AND IN DOING SO DAMAGED TRANSMISSION FLUID LINES, CONSUMER INFORMED DEALER THAT THEY HAD DAMAGED THESE LINES, SO DEALER MADE REPAIRS, HOWEVER CONSUMER STATES LINES ARE STILL LEAKING, NOW DEALER WANTS TO CHARGE HIM FOR THE REPAIRS, CONSUMER FEELS SINCE THE DEALER IS THE ONE WHO CAUSED THE DAMAGE IN THE FIRST PLACE, THEY SHOULD REPAIR VEHICLE FREE OF CHARGE, CONSUMER ALSO STATES THERE IS A HUMMING NOISE IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT WHILE DRIVING 55-60MPH. *SLC

I HAVE HAD THE FOLLOWING FAILURES: FUEL GUAGE/ BRAKES (3) TIMES/ENGINE MOUNT, AND WATER PUMP, BROUGHT THE VEHICLE IN (5) TIMES BEFORE THEY FIXED THE TRANSMISSION, REAR WINDSHIELD WIPERS QUIT WORKING, AND THEN RESTARTED. ALSO CD PLAYER DIED. IS THIS A LEMON? *AK

WHEN DRIVING AT ANY SPEED VEHICLE WOULDN'T SHIFT PROPERLY FROM FIRST TO SECOND GEAR, AND WAS SHIFTING VERY HARD. LOCK ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR ISN'T LOCKING PROPERLY. ALSO, WATER PUMP WAS REPLACED/ DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW MOTOR WENT OUT, AND THERE WAS A LEAKAGE IN THE SUN ROOF WHICH CAUSED WATER TO LEAK INTO VEHICLE ON DRIVER'S SIDE.
