The welding job and the weak, inferior metal used to stabilize the the axels is faulty. We had an eight foot piece of iron fall off on the highway at 60mpg and nearly caused a massive pile up accident on top of damage to our 5th wheel, also making it nearly impossible to drive until we could find a metal fabricator to fix the problem, a simple weld job was not possible due to a poor, dangerous design by the manufacture of the frame. We have had the frame fixed 3 times so far until we finally found an engineer who understood the stupid design flaws and fixed it the correct way, not only is this extremely dangerous to anyone on the road, the correct fix has cost over $5,000 plus lost time, wages, emotional scares and a loss of any confidence in the safety of anything on the road...
