The contact owns a 2019 Jaguar I-Pace. The contact stated while driving at various speeds and depressing the brake pedal, the brake pedal felt significantly hard and the vehicle hesitated to respond, causing the braking distance to be extended. The message "Okay to Drive with Caution - Brake Pedal Feel Reduced" was displayed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where one of the 12-Volt battery was replaced; however, the failure recurred. The contact replaced the second 12-Volt battery; however, the failure persisted. Additionally, the contact stated that the vehicle was experiencing battery failure. The messages "Okay to Drive with Caution - Traction Battery Fault Detected" and "ASPC Not available" were displayed. The contact stated that the main battery was replaced. Additionally, the vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V369000 (Electrical System); however, the failure increased after the recall repair.
