The contact owns a 2022 Isuzu NRR commercial vehicle. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the check engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the ignition switch was replaced; however, the failure reoccurred. Additionally, the contact stated while driving 30 MPH, several unknown warning lights illuminated and the vehicle stalled. The driver was able to veer to the side of the road. The driver was able to restart the vehicle after several attempts. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer and test-driven. The dealer informed the contact that upon test driving the vehicle, they could not duplicate the failure. The contact stated that the vehicle stalled for a second time while driving.
