I PURCHASED A 2005 HYUNDAI TUCSON ON 2/7/07 FOR WHICH THE DEALERSHIP WAS NOT AT FAULT AS THEY WERE LIED TO BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER. WITHIN A FEW WEEKS AFTER OWNING THE CAR IT WOULD JUST DIE ANYWHERE AND AT ANYTIME. I CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP NUMEROUS TIMES TO ONLY GET LITTLE ASSISTANCE AND A FEW REPAIR ATTEMPTS WITHOUT SUCCESS. IT DIED 5 SEPARATE TIMES ON THE 14 FREEWAY IN THE EVENING AFTER PICKING UP MY BOYS IN ROSAMOND AND HAD 5 NEAR FATAL ACCIDENTS WHICH I DOCUMENTED WHERE I WAS AND THE TIME AND DATE. I HAVE A LOG OF ALL THE TIMED AND I AM UPSET THAT IN 7 MONTHS THE CAR IS STILL ALLOWED TO BE ON THE ROAD. THE MANUFACTURER REFUSES TO TAKE IT BACK KNOWING THERE IS A PROBLEM AND I AM FURIOUS. ALL I WANTED WAS A DRIVABLE CAR AND BE FREE FROM WORRIES. *JB
