All Forward Collision Avoidance Complaints
The contact owns a 2023 Hyundai Palisade. The contact stated while driving at approximately 4 MPH as he was turning onto a main road, the vehicle slid on a patch of ice and slid across the roadway. The contact stated he had crashed into the curb on the opposite side of the road with his front passenger side tire and came to a stop. The contact stated that there was no damage, however, the steering wheel was off-center at 45 degree to the left. The contact stated that he could steer the vehicle in a straight line, but the steering wheel was at a 45-degree angle, as if he was turning to the left.
