THIS IS THE FIRST WINTER THIS VEHICLE HAS SEEN. ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS HAVE EITHER NOT WORKED OR STOPPED MIDCYCLE. THE FIRST INCIDENT WAS AT HOME. I HAVE AUTOSTART SO I STARTED MY CARD TO WARM THE VEHICLE AND THAW THE WINDSHIELD. APPROX. TWO HOURS LATER I WAS ABLE TO TURN ON MY WIPERS. THE SAME THING HAPPENED ON A SECOND OCCASION. ON DECEMBER 31,2008 DURING A STORM THAT CAUSED WHITE OUT CONDITIONS, MY WIPERS STOPPED LESS THAN 5 MINUTES INTO MY DRIVE HOME. THE DESIGN OF THE WIPERS CAUSES THE ARM THAT MOVES THE WIPER ITSELF TO FREEZE SOLID AND CANNOT BE UNFROZEN UNTIL YOU GET THE VEHICLE INTO A WARM ENVIRONMENT, UNLESS YOU'RE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO HAVE AN ICE PICK OR BOILING WATER WITH YOU! THE VEHICLE HAS A SERIOUS DESIGN PROBLEM WITH THE WIPERS AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BEFORE SOMEONE IS SERIOUSLY INJURED...
