During a normal commute on the highway, the vehicle suddenly lost all engine power and stalled in the middle of high speed traffic. The vehicle could not exceed 8 mph while attempting to pull to the side of the road for safety. There were no warning lights (other than a low tire pressures - normal for cold days) and no error messages. The car was unable to get started for about 10 minutes. Eventually, the engine started and the vehicle was able to make it back to our residence. The battery was near 55% at the time of the incident (out of a maximum of 80% recommended charge) In terms of safety, this was a near fatal incident, as suddenly losing power and stalling in the middle of the highway during high speed traffic and snowy conditions could have been devastating.

This severely impacts visibility and creates a dangerous driving condition. 3.Reduced acceleration: The vehicle warns of reduced performance, which may affect my ability to safely merge, change lanes, or respond to traffic conditions. These issues began without warning, and the loss of heating combined with high-voltage system errors makes me concerned about a potential electrical or battery system failure. This is...
