2024 HONDA PILOT Suspension Problems

1) 2024 Honda Pilot is a 7 passenger vehicle w/2WD towing rating of 3500 pounds.With 4 people in the rows 1&2, and 4-20 lb. suitcases in the cargo area behind the 2nd row, the rear suspension has extreme negative camber on the suspension and it looks like it's weighted down with a ton of rocks in the back.This causes excessive tire wear on the inside of the rear tires.I brought this into the dealership to address, and they said that it's normal.They declined to check the alignment specs, and said that they just put a couple guys in the 2nd row and all looked normal.Must be inaccurate specs, or it has inadequate rear suspension and/or rear shocks.Why would a vehicle with 60% of the passenger/weight capacity, and with not even set up with a towing hitch, have this kind of problem?This should be investigated as we've never had this problem...

Strange clicking noise during low speed steering left or right and moving steering wheel while parked. Honda dealer states they are unable to replicate issue. Issue is very unusual for a new vehicle. Multiple people have same issues on forums and Facebook groups. This is a potential safety issue if there is a faulty electrical steering gear box or suspension component. Honda needs to take responsibility and fix this issue instead of saying they can’t replicate it or that it maybe normal. I took video it is a sound that is audible inside and out.
