WHILE OPERATING THE MOTORCYCLE AND USING THE GPS, THE VOICE GUIDANCE AUDIO WOULD STOP WORKING, FORCING THE RIDER TO LOOK DOWN TO READ THE NAVIGATION SCREEN. THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND CONFIRMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO A SOFTWARE ISSUE; HOWEVER, NO SOLUTION WAS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. THE LOCAL DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
