At 9K miles excessive noise, sounds like a helicopter. Dealership confirmed all four tires were scalped, did an alignment and thought it might correct the problem. It has not, both the dealer and Corporate Honda refused to correct. Adaptive Cruise Control malfunction, major safety hazard. When engaged the car unexpectedly stops at all speeds on highway or rural roads, with no cars in sight in front of the vehicle. Have experienced multiple incidents or near rear end collisions because of abrupt braking. When brought to dealer they claimed they couldn't find any error codes, thought that maybe dirt was on the two radar sensing units... not the case, still continues to be an issue. Car turns off unexpectedly... on an on ramp to a highway, traffic was stopped. When traffic started moving the car turned off completely... warning light stated see dealer.
