This is a second formal supplemental complaint. Vann York Honda sold this car as new, but a Honda America provided Carfax proved it was a prior personal use vehicle. The car has catastrophic phantom braking, causing a physical friction rash on my skin. Multiple witnesses are now afraid to ride in the car. The vehicle has suspension failures documented by irregular tire readings. Despite an active federal recall, Flow Honda refused mandated repairs. During a prior headliner repair, Flow Honda returned the car with a collapsed headliner and a Maintenance Minder A127 code. The oil life dropped from 45% to 5% without added mileage, yet I was told to drive it. Weatherstripping has been replaced. Recall work for seatbelt (which came apart) and fire risk in the engine.
