WITHOUT WARNING WE EXPERIENCED A TOTAL BRAKE FAILURE DUE TO LOSS OF BRAKE FLUID. PEDAL WENT COMPLETELY TO THE FLOOR AND IT CAUSED OUR VEHICLE TO LOSE TOTAL SPEED CONTROL. *TR
WHEN THE ACCELERATOR WAS APPLIED, THE ENGINE REVVED, AND THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY SHOT FOWARD. *JB
WHEN CONSUMER DEPRESSED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL, IT BECAME STUCK, THE VEHICLE THEN ACCELERATED IN FULL THROTTLE, WHICH RESULTED IN AN ACCIDENT. THE DRIVER WAS SERIOUSLY INJURED. PLEASE PROVIDE MORE DETAILS.*JB
