GENERAL MOTORS SENT ME A RECALL LETTER WITH A RECALL # OF 49151 BACK IN JULY OF 2016. THIS ADDRESSED A DEFECTIVE TAKATA AIRBAG WHICH COULD DEPLOY AND KILL MYSELF OR A FAMILY MEMBER OR CAUSE TERRIBLE INJURIES TO ANYONE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY OF THE DEFECTIVE AIRBAGS. I HAVE CALLED GENERAL MOTORS APPROX. (6) TIMES AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SATISFACTORY RESULTS THAT WOULD RESOLVE THE AIRBAG PROBLEM OR TO REPAIR THE DEFECTIVE AIRBAG. THERE HAS BEEN A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS AND EIGHT (8) MONTHS OF TIME THAT HAS EXPIRED WITH NO REPAIRS OR RESOLVES OF THE PROBLEM. THIS LACK OF CARING AND FAILURE TO ACT IS PUTTING MYSELF AS WELL AS MY ENTIRE FAMILY AT JEOPARDY OF DEATH OR DEBILITATING INJURY DUE TO A DEFECTIVE TAKATA AIRBAG. I URGE THOSE IN A POSITION OF AUTHORITY TO ACT QUICKLY AND DECISIVELY TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...'''''''...
