Defect: THE BRAKE INTERLOCK SHUTTLE VALVE ASSEMBLY COULD UNDER A HEAVY SERVICE BRAKE APPLICATION FRACTURE OR FRAGMENT THE INTERNAL SHUTTLE PISTON.
Consequence: THE FRACTURE OR FRAGMENTION OF THE INTERLOCK SHUTTLEVALVE PISTON COULD RESULT IN PARTIAL OR COMPLETE LOSS OF REAR BRAKING. AREDUCTION IN BRAKING ABILITY COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIORWARNING.
Remedy: NEW IMPROVED BRAKE INTERLOCK SHUTTLE ASSEMBLY WILL BE INSTALLED.
