Defect: THE MAIN FEED WIRE AND HORN RELAY-FLASHER FEED WIRE MAY HAVE BEEN CONNECTED IN REVERSE POSITIONS IN THE NUMBER TWO CIRCUIT BREAKER IN THE DRIVER"S CONTROL PANEL.
Remedy: OWNERS ARE ASKED TO DETERMINE IF THE NUMBER TWO CIRCUIT BREAKER IS CORRECTLY WIRED, AND IF NOT, TO CORRECT THE WIRING AS SPECIFIED IN THE OWNER"S NOTIFICATION.
