2007 GMC SIERRA 2500 Steering Problems

I left my vehicle for service (19 April 2023 - approximately 8:30 am CT) for an urgent safety recall to Bommarito West County GMC dealership located at 15736 Manchester, Ellisville, MO 63011 (Phone: 636-391-7200). When I drove the vehicle in the dealership and had not issues driving and steering. And when I picked it up at approximately 12:30 pm the same day the service consultant (Joshua Delanoix) did not bring the vehicle to me the same as I left it. Joshua asked that I pick it up in the parking lot, instead. I drove off the lot and noticed that the steering wheel would pull severely off to the right side when breaking causing the car to become unstable and steering towards oncoming traffic. A PRESSURE LINE ON STEERING COOLER RUSTED THROUGH AND BLEW FLUID OUT ALL OVER GRILL AND BUMPER. MAKES ONE HELL OF A NOISE WITH NO FLUID IN PUMP. I WAS DRIVING 10 MPH WHEN IT HAPPENED AND HAD TO GO ABOUT 1/4 MILE TO PARK.

I HAVE A 2007 GMC SIERRA 2500 HD CREW CAB SLT PICKUP 4D 6 FT., PURCHASED NEW IN O7, WITH ABOUT 70,000 MILES ON IT. I JUST HAD THE RIGHT FRONT AXLE COME APART. IT SEEMS THE RUBBER BOOT AND TWO METAL BANDS THAT CLAMP THE BOOT ONTO BOTH PARTS OF THE AXLE HOLD THE AXLE TOGETHER. *TR
