The contact stated that the temperature was below freezing. The contact stated that the remote start simultaneously enabled the defroster, and the rear windshield fractured. Additionally, the contact noticed a burning odor on the interior of the vehicle. The dealer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance.
