Rear view camera does not work correctly. It has been fluttering for about 3 years, works maybe once a month.
The contact owns a 2014 Ford Transit Connect. The contact stated that the vehicle was previously serviced at a local dealer under NHTSA Campaign Number: 20V331000 (Latches/Locks/Linkages); however, the recall was still present on the VIN. The local dealer was contacted. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
Rear View camera has quit working. It has not worked properly for quite awile
The vehicle now has 130K miles on it and the dash instrument lights are getting so dim that I can not see the speedometer on a sunny day. The dealership says the adjustment is all the way up for dash light brightness, but the lights are just not bright enough anymore. This affects all the dash cluster instruments, both the digital speedometer and the analog speedometer.
Rear view camera malfunction. Back up function Stopped working and screen has now whited out permanently even when car is moving forward.
