The dealer car Mariano motors LLC sold me the car, sold me it with a fake mileage. May you found below the report Vin history about it.

Engine makes a whining sound when motor engages. 2 auto shops, including Ford dealership says it's a bad transmission. When I went online to see if others have had this problem, issue was confirmed that this is a common problem with this Hybrid. We bought this car brand new, have maintained it per manual at dealership. This should not happen with a car with only 112,000 miles. Lemon law?

The contact owns a 2015 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle would hesitate upon depression of the accelerator pedal and would jerk forward upon depression of the brake pedal. The contact also stated that the "stop safely now" warning message would appear on the instrument panel while parking the vehicle. The contact then stated that the engine had failed to start up after multiple attempts. The contact called an independent mechanic to the scene and she was informed that her engine had over heated due to a coolant leak. The dealer was then notified of the failure and was informed that there were no coolant recalls on her vehicle. The manufacturer was also notified of the failure and a case was filed, she was then referred to NHTSA for further assistance. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately...

THIS CAR HAS BEEN IN TWICE FOR A CAM POSITION SENSOR. THE FIRST TIME THE PART TOTALLY FAILED AND LEFT US ON THE ROAD SIDE ON A VERY DANGEROUS STRETCH OF HWY 101 AND WAS REPLACED. 1708 MILES LATER THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN. THE CODE WAS P0340 AGAIN. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE ISSUE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED THROUGH A DEALER ROAD TEST AND WE WERE CHARGED $190.00 FOR THE DIAGNOSTICS. THE FIRST TIME THIS ISSUE OCCURRED, WE HAD BROUGHT THE VEHICLE IN FOR A SAFETY RECALL. WHEN WE PICKED THE CAR UP, THIS WAS THE FIRST INSTANCE OF THE FAILURE OF THIS COMPONENT. THIS HAS CAUSED US GRAVE CONCERN. MY WIFE HAS MS AND CAN'T BE LEFT ON THE ROADSIDE. WE BELIEVE THIS VEHICLE HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BE UNSAFE, AND FORD WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR REPAIRS AS THE COMPUTER SHOWS THE CODE THAT WOULD...

THE VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING AT 65MPH ON THE INTERSTATE AND SUDDENLY A MESSAGE LIGHT CAME ON THAT SAID TRANSMISSION NOT IN PARK. THE CAR SUDDENLY CUT OFF AND I COASTED TO THE SHOULDER OF THE HIGHWAY AND PUT THE CAR IN PARK AND IT RESTARTED. IT HAPPENED A SECOND TIME ON 9/2/2015. THIS TIME I WAS DRIVING ON THE STREET DOING ABOUT 40MPH AND I GO THE SAME MESSAGE LIGHT(TRANSMISSION NOT IN PARK) AND THE CAR CUT OFF. AGAIN, I PUT THE CAR IN PARK AND RESTARTED IT. I IMMEDIATELY TOOK THE CAR TO A FORD DEALER WHERE IT IS NOT BEING CHECKED OUT. I DID GO ONLINE AND FOUND A PREVIOUS RECALL (14V736000; 14C11) FOR A SIMILAR BUT NOT EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THIS TYPE OF VEHICLE.
