TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD F-350. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ENGINE OIL PAN WAS LEAKING. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A PRIVATE MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE OIL PAN WAS RUSTED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
