2001 FORD F-350 WITH RUSTING REAR QUARTER PANELS. CONSUMER STATES THAT HE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS REPAIR BECAUSE HE DOES NOT SEE HOW IT IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. HE BELIEVES THIS IS A DEFECT. *KB THE CONSUMER STATED HE HAD SOME RUST PROBLEMS INSIDE OF THE DOORS AND AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CAB ROCKER PANELS, WHICH HE DID BELIEVE WAS NORMAL. *JB
