All Vehicle Speed Controlaccelerator Pedal Complaints
The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-250. The contact stated that while entering light traffic, the transmission became stuck between gears. The accelerator pedal was depressed, but the vehicle failed to respond or move. The vehicle was restarted and worked as designed. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who determined that the failure was related to the transmission. The mechanic called the local dealer for the contact and was informed that the vehicle was not under warranty. The contact called another local dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
