The contact stated that while his wife was driving at 70 MPH, the driver's side wheel and axle detached, the driver lost control, and she crashed into the guard rail. There were no warning lights illuminated. The driver sustained injuries to her body, including burns, bruises, and neck and shoulder pain. The driver received medical attention in the emergency room.
