TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 FORD ECONOLINE. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE CONVERSION SEAT RECLINES TO AN UNSAFE POSITION. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION, HE NOTICED STRUCTURAL DAMAGE DUE TO METAL FATIGUE. THE EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER WAS DELEGATE. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THEY WOULD NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE REPAIR OF THE SEAT. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED.
