FIRST INSTANCE OF ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS WAS FAILURE OF NEW LED TV. RV WAS IN GIANT RV SHOP IN COLTON FROM JAN 14 TO FEB 12. ON DRIVE HOME, NOTICED THAT RADIO & REAR VIEW MONITOR WOULD NOT WORK. ON SHORE POWER, RADIO WOULD FUNCTION BUT NOT REAR VIEW MONITOR W/OR W/OUT CHASSIS ON. COACH BATTERIES ENDED UP DRAINED. RADIO & REAR VIEW STARTED TO WORK, BUT YOU WERE UNABLE TO SEE ANYTHING AT NIGHT WITH REAR VIEW MONITOR. THOR CONCIERGE ARRANGED A REPAIR AT J&L RV IN FONTANA FOR A WEEK ENDING MAR 18. CUSTOMER WAS TOLD ELECTRICAL SYSTEM FUNCTIONING NORMALLY. CUSTOMER SUBSEQUENTLY DISCOVERED THE ONLY WAY TO GET REAR VIEW MONITOR TO WORK WAS NOT ONLY HAVE THE SOURCE ON AND THE ICON FOR REAR VIEW PUSHED, BUT TO ALSO HAVE THE RADIO ON. SEVERAL CALLS TO THOR MOTOR COACH REVEALED THAT THEY CONSIDER THIS NORMAL OPERATION. CUSTOMER HAS...
