ACCELERATOR STUCK, CAR CONTINUED TO THROTTLE EVEN AFTER BRAKE WAS HEAVILY APPLIED. UPON FRONT IMPACT INTO TREE AND ROLLOVER TO DRIVER'S SIDE, NO AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. CAR WAS TOTALLED OUT DUE TO CRASH DAMAGE - NO ATTEMPT TO REPAIR.
