Recall 25V121000 — ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:EXHAUST SYSTEM

Defect: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Fleetwood Bounder, Flair, Fortis, Holiday Rambler Admiral, Invicta, Vacationer, 2023-2025 Fleetwood Flex, Holiday Rambler Eclipse, and 2022-2023 Fleetwood Southwind motorhomes. The engine exhaust tip may detach, allowing exhaust fumes to enter the cabin.

Consequence: Exhaust fumes inside the cabin increases the risk of injury or death from carbon monoxide poisoning. In addition, a detached exhaust tip can become a road hazard for other road users, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will install a clamp to the exhaust tip, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 26, 2025. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 250221REV.

Recall 24V610000 — EQUIPMENT:RECREATIONAL VEHICLE/TRAILER:120/240 VAC ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:GFCI/AFCI

Defect: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2019-2025 Holiday Rambler Admiral, 2023-2025 Holiday Rambler Eclipse, Fleetwood Flex, and 2019-2024 Fleetwood Flair motorhomes. The exterior patio outlet may lack GFCI protection when powered by the generator or shore cord.

Consequence: An outlet without GFCI protection may fail to shut off electrical power when a ground-fault occurs, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will install GFCI protection device prior to the inverter transfer switch, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 11, 2024. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 240812REV.

Defect: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Holiday Rambler Vacationer, Invicta, Navigator, Admiral, Fleetwood Southwind, Bounder, Pace Arrow, 2021-2022 Fleetwood Fortis, Flair, 2023 Fleetwood Flex and Holiday Rambler Eclipse motorhomes. The service valves on the LPG tanks may have improper thread depth, which can cause a propane leak.

Consequence: A propane leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and if necessary replace the service valves, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 20, 2023. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417.

The contact stated that the RV was taken to the local dealer to be repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V655000 (Suspension). The vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that after taking possession of the RV, hydraulic fluid was leaking underneath the RV. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 12,400.
