This is being submitted again with supporting emails with the dealer. This is a entegra launch (owned by jayco) This complaint concerns failure to provide a remedy for multiple active NHTSA safety recalls, resulting in a vehicle that has been determined unsafe and inoperable. The vehicle is subject to NHTSA Safety Recall 24V-160 involving the house battery relay / contactor. During a January 7, 2026 call between the servicing dealer (Lazy Days) and Jayco / Entegra technical support, the battery system was diagnosed as having a stuck contactor with no 12V output. Jayco / Entegra technical guidance instructed the dealer to shut down the battery and specifically advised that the battery should not be turned on or charged. The dealer was further instructed that the coach should remain at the dealer until a replacement could be obtained. As a result of this instruction, the vehicle has been rendered unsafe and...
