2016 ENTEGRA ANTHEM Equipment Problems

The contact owns a 2016 Entegra Anthem Motorhome. The contact received a recall notification for NHTSA Campaign Number: 16V761000 (Equipment) and the RV was taken to the dealer for recall repair. The dealer replaced the Tempurpedic Sealy Mattress with a new Sleep Number Mattress; however, the dealer advised the contact that there was a piece missing from the new Sleep Number Mattress. The contact also noticed that the mattress was deflated because the plug was too small and would disconnect whenever she opened and closed the slide outs. The contact stated upon arriving to her residence, she noticed that the mattress was deflated on one side and could not retain air after she had refilled it with air several times. The dealer and the manufacturer were notified of the failure but did not provide any assistance. The mattress was not replaced. The RV failure mileage was approximately 34,000. The mattress...
